What does PackerAI actually do?

You give it the inside dimensions of a container (a pallet space, truck, sea container, or carton) and the dimensions of the boxes you want to load. It computes how many fit and exactly where each one goes, then renders the result as an interactive 3D scene you can rotate, zoom, and play back step by step.

How does the packing algorithm work?

For single-SKU solves, PackerAI evaluates every axis-aligned orientation of your box against the container and returns the layout that fits the most units. For mixed manifests it uses a 3D bin-packing solver that evaluates the container in all six orientations and optimizes for either volume utilization or item count — you choose the strategy.

Can I pack different box sizes together?

Yes. Manifest packing supports mixed SKUs — up to 100 line items and 200 boxes per solve. Build the manifest from your saved SKU catalog or enter dimensions ad hoc.
